It is very important to pay attention to what questions people are Googling about housing. If you can create a video that answers those questions, you’ll have more SEO findability, and search engines will push people to you. For example, in every market, people are asking if the housing market will crash. Do a video on the state of the market called, “Is the Housing Market Crashing?” People who aren’t even buying or selling this year are going to want to know whether or not the market will crash.

Make sure the content you’re creating on social media is something that people are directly searching for, even if it has nothing to do with buying or selling a home. If you can engage people who have no interest in buying or selling right now at the top of the funnel and pull them through over the next few years, you’ll have a steady stream of business.
